Jasper D. Ward IV, Genevieve Zimmerman Appointed Plaintiffs’ Lead Counsel in BHR MDL

BALTIMORE — The judge overseeing the Smith & Nephew Birmingham Hip Resurfacing multidistrict litigation docket has appointed Jasper D. Ward IV of Jones Ward and Genevieve Zimmerman of Meshbesher & Spence as plaintiffs’ lead counsel.

In a June 28 order, Chief Judge Catherine C. Blake of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland also appointed Robert K. Jenner of Janet Jenner & Suggs liaison counsel.
