Plaintiffs Seek Consolidated Docket for Federal EpiPen Pricing Lawsuits

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Plaintiffs suing companies involved in the production, supply and marketing of EpiPens have filed a motion with the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to coordinate all federal actions alleging that the defendants conspired to eliminate competition and raise the cost of the devices.
In a motion filed April 24, plaintiffs in a New Jersey class action contend that three other similar cases and one direct action pending in federal courts across the country share nearly identical claims of anticompetitive and unfair business conduct on the part of defendants.
