NEWARK, N.J. –– The court overseeing the federal talcum powder multidistrict litigation docket has issued an order outlining the organization of plaintiffs’ counsel, appointing P. Leigh O’Dell of Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C., and Michelle A. Parfitt of Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP, as co-lead counsel in the litigation.

According to a Dec. 6 order issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Christopher M. Placitella of Cohen, Placitella & Roth, P.C., in Red Bank, N.J., was appointed as plaintiffs’ liaison counsel.
