Ad Hoc Committee Files Response Supporting OnderLaw’s Efforts to Submit Supplemental Master Ballot

HOUSTON –– OnderLaw LLC should be permitted to submit a supplemental master ballot, the Ad Hoc Committee of Supporting Counsel has argued in a recent brief, since the firm did not submit votes on behalf of 5,600 clients due to a “conservative approach.”

In the March 20 brief filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of, the Ad Hoc Committee further said that objections to the firm’s efforts mischaracterizes the applicable legal standard for accepting a supplemental master ballot.
