HOUSTON –– The Coalition of Counsel for Justice for Talc Claimants has filed an emergency motion to compel discovery from Allen Smith Jr., Anne Andrews, Mikal Watts, Adam Pulaski, Jim Onder and Majed Nachawati, contending that the relief requested “is essential to keeping the parties on track to meeting the discovery and briefing schedules agreed to by the parties and set by the Court.”

The Coalition of Counsel for Justice for Talc Claimants filed a motion to compel on Nov. 18 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
