HOUSTON –– The Ad Hoc Committee of Supporting Counsel has objected to an emergency motion to quash depositions of Andy Birchfield, Leigh O’Dell, Mike Papantonio, Christopher Tisi and Richard Golomb, maintaining that there is “no basis for the Coalition to depose another three AHC member-representatives.”

In an objection filed Nov. 15 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Ad Hoc Committee of Supporting Counsel objected to the emergency motion to quash or modify the depositions of several attorneys which was filed by the Coalition of Counsel for Justice for Talc Claimants.
