LTL Management Files Documents with Texas Secretary of State to Change Name to LLT Management LLC

AUSTIN, Texas –– LTL Management LLC has officially filed a name change, according to documents filed with the Texas Secretary of State, and will now go by LLT Management LLC.

The documents, filed last month, were noted in a recent objection the talcum powder defendant filed in the Talcum Powder Multidistrict Litigation Docket pending in a New Jersey federal court. In a footnote to that filing, the defendant noted that while it had changed its name to LLT Management LLC, it used LTL in its brief for simplicity since that “was used by the parties and the Special Master.”
