Talcum Powder MDL Court Outlines Stipulation Regarding Involvment of PCPC in Pending Cases

TRENTON, N.J. –– Parties involved in the talcum powder multidistrict litigation docket have stipulated to terms regarding the involvement of Personal Care Products Council in the pending litigation in light of a 2021 order awarding the defendant summary judgment.

In a stipulation and Case Management Order entered by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Sept. 29, the court said that PCPC will not be required to respond to the Second Amended Master Long Form Complaint.
