CHARLOTTE, N.C. –– LTL Management, the subsidiary recently created by Johnson & Johnson that will house all talcum powder claims, has filed an emergency motion to enforce the automatic stay against talc claimants, saying plaintiffs have “no intention of respecting the Debtor’s notice of the automatic stay and instead will continue to pursue their talc claims against the Debtor….”
