Parties in N.J. Talcum Powder State Court Litigation File Joint Status Report

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. –– The parties involved in the state court New Jersey talcum powder coordinated docket have filed a letter with a litigation status update, noting that all cases are still stayed pending appellate review of the recent ruling reinstating two cases.

In an Oct. 8 letter sent to Hon. John C. Porto of the New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic County, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., Personal Care Products Council, Cyprus Amaz Minerals Co., and the plaintiffs noted that the stay does not apply to in extremis depositions.
