Missouri Supreme Court Won’t Hear Appeal of Multi-Billion Talcum Powder Verdict




ST. LOUIS –– Missouri’s highest court has denied Johnson & Johnson’s efforts to review an intermediate appellate court order entering a judgment totaling $2.1 billion in actual and punitive damages against the talcum powder defendants.

In minutes of November 3 entered just moments ago, the Missouri Supreme Court stated that the appellants’ application for transfer from the Missouri Court of Appeals was denied.
