ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. –– Parties in the coordinated docket for talcum powder claims pending in New Jersey state court have agreed to stay the time period in which Johnson & Johnson and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. have to answer plaintiffs’ individual complaints filed in the multicounty litigation.
According to a proposed consent order sent on Aug. 11 to Hon. John C. Porto of the New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic City, liaison counsel for the plaintiffs has consented to the proposed order.
