FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. –– A plaintiff with talcum powder ovarian cancer claims pending in Florida state court has opposed several motions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, maintaining that the defendants bottled talc products for Johnson & Johnson and those products were sold in the state of Florida.

In separate Oct. 4 opposition briefs filed Florida 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, plaintiff Cindy Wyman maintained that the defendants are “citizens,” and are, therefore, “at home” in the state of Florida.
