BATON ROUGE, La. –– A talcum powder ovarian case that did not name Imerys Talc America Inc. as a defendant is among the thousands recently removed by Johnson & Johnson defendants in their efforts to have the bankruptcy court overseeing Imerys’ Chapter 11 petition assert jurisdiction over pending state court claims.
