J&J Defendants File Reply Brief in Appeal of Order Tossing $417 Million Talc Verdict

LOS ANGELES –– Johnson & Johnson defendants have filed a brief defending a trial court order tossing a $417 million verdict in an ovarian cancer talcum powder case, maintaining that there is only a weak statistical association between talc and ovarian cancer.
