Appeal Over Order Tossing $417 Million Talcum Powder Verdict in Calif. Fully Briefed

LOS ANGELES –– The appeal relating to a trial court order that threw out a $417 million verdict in an ovarian cancer talcum powder verdict has been fully briefed, according the appellate court’s online docket.

In a March 7 entry, the California Second District Court of Appeal acknowledged that the case was “fully briefed,” just one day after Johnson & Johnson and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. filed their reply brief in the matter.
