MDL Court for National Talcum Powder Claims Sets Daubert Hearing for June 2019

TRENTON, N.J. –– The judge overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims has issued a schedule for general causation expert witness and Daubert proceedings, placing a Daubert hearing for June 2019, according to a recent case management order.

In the Aug. 6 case management order, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey further ordered that the parties complete samples testing by Oct. 1 of this year.
