Closing Arguments in Multi-Plaintiff Talcum Powder Trial Scheduled for Wednesday, July 11

ST. LOUIS –– Parties involved in a multi-plaintiff talcum powder trial in Missouri are scheduled to deliver closing arguments on Wednesday, July 11, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin Publishing.
The summations will mark the end of a five-week trial in the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis City. The case involves the claims of 22 plaintiffs who argue that their ovarian cancer was caused by use of talcum powder products such as Baby Powder and Shower-to-Shower. Evidence presented during trial argued that asbestos fibers and talc particles have been found in the ovarian tissues of several plaintiffs.
