TRENTON, N.J. –– The plaintiffs’ steering committee involving in the talcum powder MDL docket have filed a reply brief supporting their position that they should be permitted to conduct depositions relating to the location of talc samples, saying that the Special Master did not have access to all of the information when making his decision.
