Jury Selection Slated to Begin Today in Missouri Multi-Plaintiff Talcum Powder Trial

ST. LOUIS –– Jury selection is scheduled to begin this morning in a multi-plaintiff talcum powder trial in which 22 plaintiffs will ask a Missouri jury to award them damages for their injuries allegedly related to use of Baby Powder and other talcum powder products, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin.
Parties will begin selecting jurors in the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis City on June 4, sources said, just weeks after the court had rejected renewed efforts by the defendants to dismiss 17 non-Missouri plaintiffs’ claims for lack of personal jurisdiction.
