LOS ANGELES –– The California court overseeing the state’s coordinated docket for talcum powder ovarian cancer claims has issued an order asking the defendants to file a motion to quash as to the non-California plaintiffs on personal jurisdictional grounds before ruling on a prior request from the plaintiffs to rule on jurisdictional discovery.
