Talcum Powder MDL Plaintiffs Object to Discovery, Deposition Procedure, Say They’re Being ‘Denied Discovery Tools’

TRENTON, N.J. –– Plaintiffs involved in the federal multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims have objected to a proposed case management order relating to discovery and depositions, maintaining that the proposal is “simply inconsistent with the sound and efficient management of an MDL case of this complexity.”
