Talcum Powder MDL Court Releases CMO Outlining Handling of Claims Against PCPC

TRENTON, N.J. –– The parties involved in the federal docket for talcum powder ovarian cancer claims have reached an agreement regarding the involvement of the Personal Care Products Council as a defendant in the matter, with the plaintiffs agreeing to a dismissal of the council from a number of pending suits.
