Talcum Powder MDL Parties Outline Sample Production Protocol in Agreed Order

NEWARK, N.J. –– Parties involved in the national multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims have submitted an agreed order and stipulation regarding the production of talcum powder products and talc samples.

In the Jan. 31 agreed order filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the parties outlined the identification and production of the historical talc samples.
