J&J Defendants Oppose Efforts for Hearing on Remand Motion in Missouri Talcum Powder Case

ST. LOUIS –– Talcum powder defendants who removed a recently filed case to federal court have opposed plaintiff efforts to expedite a motion for hearing on their remand efforts, maintaining that the MDL Court should determine whether the in-state defendants have been fraudulently joined.
