J&J Defendants Seek Protective Order in Miami Talcum Powder Case

MIAMI –– Johnson & Johnson defendants named in a Florida state court talcum powder lawsuit have asked the court to enter a protective order in the case, saying that discovery sought by the plaintiff is confidential and could be detrimental to the business interests of the defendants.
In the Nov. 9 motion filed in the Florida 11th Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, the defendants argued that the plaintiffs would benefit from the protective order as well.
