ST. LOUIS –– A plaintiff involved in a talcum powder lawsuit pending in Missouri state court have filed a reply brief outlining what they claimed is “deceptive, fraudulent behavior” exhibited by the defendants in an alleged effort to cover up their connections to the state.
In a Nov. 13 reply brief filed in the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis City, the plaintiffs asked the court to take this opportunity to make a “fully informed” ruling on specific personal jurisdiction.
