PITTSBURGH –– A Pennsylvania state court overseeing a talcum powder lawsuit has issued an order setting deadlines for preliminary objections and scheduling the next status conference, according to the court’s docket.

In the Aug. 18 order, the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Allegheny County ordered that preliminary objections be filed by Aug. 31 and that oral argument on any pending objection was to be held on Sept. 26.
