TRENTON, N.J. –– The judge overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims has outlined the procedure for tolling the limitations periods in cases in which personal jurisdiction has been challenged in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Bristol-Myers Squibb holding.

In Case Management Order No. 8, issued Sept. 6 by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Hon. Freda L. Wolfson outlined parameters for re-filing complaints subject to those personal jurisdiction objections.
