Parties in Ongoing California Talcum Powder Trial Poised to Deliver Closing Arguments

LOS ANGELES –– The parties in what is the first California talcum powder case to head before a jury are scheduled to deliver closing arguments today after what has been a three-week trial.

The closing arguments in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County are slated to begin at 10:30 PT.

The underlying case involves claims brought by Eva Echeverria, who says her use of talcum powder products led her to develop ovarian cancer.
