Missouri State Court Schedules Hearing to Address J&J’s Motion to Dismiss Recently Remanded Claims




ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri state court has scheduled a hearing to address Johnson & Johnson’s motion to dismiss a multi-plaintiff talcum powder lawsuit, according to the court’s online docket.

In an Aug. 8 docket entry, the Missouri 22nd Circuit Court for St. Louis City scheduled the hearing for Aug. 15 at 9:00 a.m.

The hearing will address a recent motion filed under seal by the Johnson & Johnson defendants in which they moved to dismiss the plaintiffs’ claims for lack of personal jurisdiction.
