ST. LOUIS –– Johnson & Johnson defendants that removed a number of talcum powder cases in wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s jurisdictional holding have filed a reply brief backing their position, maintaining that they are not Missouri companies, are not headquartered in Missouri and do not have the requisite contacts to render them “at home” there.
