J&J Defendants Filed Motion Under Seal to Dismiss Talc Claims for Lack of Jurisdiction




ST. LOUIS –– The Johnson & Johnson defendants involved in a multi-plaintiff talcum powder lawsuit that was recently remanded to Missouri state court have moved to dismiss the plaintiffs’ claims for lack of personal jurisdiction in a brief filed under seal.

According to the Missouri 22nd Circuit Court for St. Louis City’s online docket, the defendants filed the motion on July 25, asking the court to file the document under seal. The court granted the request to seal the documents on the same day.
