JPML to Address Multiple Opposition Briefs Filed in Talcum Powder MDL Proceedings

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation is set to address a number of briefs filed in opposition to conditional transfer orders filed in talcum powder cases at its July hearing in Los Angeles, according to a recent hearing order.

The June 13 hearing order released by the JPML indicated that it will hearing opposition to transfer in at least five talcum powder cases at its July 27 hearing in Los Angeles.
