TRENTON, N.J. –– Parties involved in the federal talcum powder multidistrict litigation docket are conferring on whether Johnson & Johnson had adequately identified potential relevant documents on issues relevant to the talcum powder litigation in light of an accusation from the plaintiffs that the defendant did not conduct an in-depth search of terms in their database.
