Talcum Powder Plaintiffs Move to Continue July Trial, Say Defendants Failed to Disclose Evidence that Talc Products Contained Asbestos

ST. LOUIS –– Plaintiffs asserting talcum powder claims in Missouri state court have filed a motion to continue a July trial setting, contending that they recently discovered that Johnson & Johnson’s talc products contained asbestos, but that the defendants never disclosed that evidence.
