Defense Testimony Begins in Fifth Missouri Talc Trial; Jury Expected to Get Case by End of the Week

ST. LOUIS –– Defendants involved in the fifth Missouri talcum powder trial are expected to begin presenting their case on Monday, May 1, sources told HarrisMartin, with the trial expected to wrap up by week’s end.

Sources told HarrisMartin that the judge overseeing the trial in the Missouri 22nd Judicial Circuit Court for St. Louis City has indicated to the parties that he would like to finish the proceedings by Thursday, May 4.
