Plaintiff in Fifth Missouri Talc Trial Still Presenting Case, Calls Colditz, Steinberg to Testify

ST. LOUIS –– Testimony is still being presented on behalf of the fifth Missouri plaintiff to present her claims to a jury, with the plaintiff having recently called Dr. Graham Colditz and David Steinberg to testify on her behalf, sources told HarrisMartin.

On April 20, the plaintiff was entering the seventh day of presenting evidence to support her claims that she developed ovarian cancer as a result of using Johnson & Johnson’s talcum-based powder products.

The case is currently being tried in the Missouri 22nd Judicial Circuit Court for St. Louis City before a four-man, eight-woman jury.
