Jury Selection Gets Underway in Fifth Missouri Talcum Powder Trial

ST. LOUIS –– Jury selection is underway in the fifth talcum powder case to proceed to trial in Missouri state court, with the parties scheduled to embark on the fourth day of jury selection on Monday, April 10.

According to the Missouri 22nd Judicial Circuit Court for St. Louis City’s online docket, the first day of voir dire was April 5; the parties completed two more days of hardships but, according to the April 7 docket entry, examination of the jury panel was not completed.
