Missouri Court Rejects Defense Efforts to Stay April and June Talcum Powder Trials




ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri trial court scheduled to oversee its fifth talcum powder trial next month has rejected defense efforts to stay the April and June trial settings, according to the court’s docket.

In a March 15 docket entry, the Missouri 22nd Judicial Circuit Court for St. Louis City stated that the defendants’ motion was denied.

The fourth talcum powder case to proceed to trial in the Missouri state court is scheduled to start April 10, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin.
