Missouri Federal Court Remands Talcum Powder Case, Says It Doesn’t Have Subject Matter Jurisdiction

ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri federal court has remanded a talcum powder action, opting to address subject matter jurisdiction before personal jurisdiction and ultimately determining that, since the fraudulent misjoinder doctrine does not apply, it did not have jurisdiction over the multi-plaintiff claim.
