Nearly 220 Talcum Powder Cases Now Pending in New Jersey; Appeal Still Pending in Dismissed Cases

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. –– There are now 218 talcum powder personal injury lawsuits pending against Johnson & Johnson defendants in New Jersey’s coordinated docket, according to a case list released this month.

The New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic County released the current list on Jan. 28, and shows that while there are 218 cases currently pending, there were no cases filed between Sept. 30 and Jan. 25.
