Parties in Federal Talcum Powder MDL Hold ‘Science Day’

NEWARK, N.J. – Parties involved in the national multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims held a “science day,” presenting evidence to the MDL judge for five-and-a-half hours, according to minutes released by the court.

In the Jan. 23 minutes of proceeding, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey noted that the parties commenced at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Freda L. Wolfson, and Judge Lois H. Goodman. The parties adjourned at 3:30 p.m., the minutes noted.
