Parties Involved in Talcum Powder Federal MDL Docket File Proposed Agenda for Status Conference

NEWARK, N.J. –– Parties on both sides of the national coordinated multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder personal injury claims have filed proposed status conference agendas for an upcoming meeting, according to documents filed in federal court.

The defendants asked the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey to place only one item on the agenda for the Jan. 23 status conference: the establishment of a bellwether trial pool.
