Plaintiffs Ask Court to Hold ‘Science Day’ in California Coordinated Talcum Powder Docket

LOS ANGELES –– Plaintiffs with claims pending in California’s coordinated docket for talcum powder claims have asked the court to hold a “science and liability day,” saying that good cause exists for a hearing to address scientific and medical evidence as it relates to liability, causation, and ovarian cancer.
