NEWARK, N.J. –– The parties involved in the federal talcum powder coordinated multidistrict docket disagree on a number of points in the proposed first Case Management Order, specifically differing on the handling of remand motions in multi-plaintiff complaints, fact sheets, and protective orders.

In a Nov. 30 letter to Judge Freda L. Wolfson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, counsel for the defendants told the court that they were not able to reach an agreement on the “form and substance” of the first Case Management Order.
