California Talcum Powder Judge Schedules November Hearing to Discuss Document Production, In Extremis Depositions, Fact Sheets

LOS ANGELES –– The California judge overseeing the coordinated docket for talcum powder personal injury claims has scheduled a Nov. 22 hearing to discuss a number of issues, including document production, protective orders, in extremis depositions, master complaints, and fact sheets, sources told HarrisMartin.
The November hearing follows an Oct. 20 hearing at which Hon. Lisa Hart Cole ordered a stay in the cases and asked the parties to submit a joint agenda for the November hearing, at which the parties will also discuss leadership structure.
