Talcum Powder Plaintiffs Ask Pennsylvania Federal Court to Remand Case, Says Motion is Unopposed

PHILADELPHIA –– Plaintiffs whose talcum powder claims were removed to Pennsylvania federal court have asked the court to rule on its motion to remand, saying the defendants did not oppose the motion within the required 14 days.

In the Nov. 7 request filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the plaintiffs said that their motion to remand is uncontested and that such an opposition brief would have had to been filed within 14 days of the motion.
