10 New Complaints Filed in Delaware State Court; Plaintiffs Ask for Coordinated Docket

WILMINGTON, Del. – Plaintiffs have filed 10 separate talcum powder lawsuits in Delaware state court and have asked the court to create a coordinated docket for the pending claims, according to recent court documents.

The plaintiffs filed their complaints on Oct. 28 in the Delaware Superior Court against Johnson & Johnson, Imerys Talc America Inc., and the Personal Care Products Council.

Sources told HarrisMartin that the plaintiffs separately moved for the creation of a coordinated docket to oversee the growing litigation.
