Missouri Appellate Court Consolidates Appeals of $55 Million, $72 Million Talcum Powder Verdicts

ST. LOUIS –– The Missouri appellate court currently assigned to review Johnson & Johnson’s appeals of separate $72 million and $55 million talcum powder verdicts has consolidated the two appeals on its own motion, according to the court’s online docket.
On Oct. 26, the Eastern District Court of Appeals consolidated the appeals of the Fox and Ristesund verdicts, reached earlier this year, and stated that all future filings will take place in the Fox docket.
